HOW OFTEN CAN YOU HANDLE MY BOOKKEEPING?

You can hire Insight Bookkeeping to do daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or even annual bookkeeping. We would be pleased to meet with you to assess your bookkeeping needs and determine the correct approach for your business.

WHY SHOULD I USE INSIGHT BOOKKEEPING INSTEAD OF HIRING MY OWN IN-HOUSE BOOKKEEPER?

Many companies do not have an on-staff bookkeeper because their financial transactions do not warrant a dedicated employee to do their bookkeeping.

As many business owners know, there are many costs involved with hiring, training, and retaining a permanent staff person. You must consider the overall cost of retaining a bookkeeper including overhead costs, vacation time, insurance, equipment, training and down time. In the end, it may make good financial sense to outsource your bookkeeping services to Insight Bookkeeping to avoid the costs and time involved with maintaining your own employee.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The amount of time needed to complete bookkeeping depends on the type of business transactions, complexity of work, how much data entry each client does on their own, the accuracy of the data entry, and the volume of transactions.

We would be happy to get you set up if you are currently not using ant software or come in and utilize your existing software system to further your training or to take over the ongoing bookkeeping tasks. Our motto is that business owners should “focus in your business” by delegating bookkeeping tasks to someone who specializes in it.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Our hourly rate is $55.00/ per hour for your bookkeeping services and we bill in 15-minute increments.

We also offer flat rate services that may be more accommodating to your business needs and budget.
